Financial Plus Package

We assist Strata Corporations by taking the financial burden of running a Strata Corporation off the shoulders of the Strata Council. We will look after all of your financial needs, by collecting strata fees, issuing invoice payments, and preparing monthly financial statements. A Strata Manager will also assist you with your Annual General Meeting by working with the Strata Council in preparing a budget and attending the Annual General Meeting. This can be a cost effective way of getting strata management services at a lower cost by doing only the financial plus package.
